Power Performance strives to select the most qualified diving contractor on the basis of past performance, work history and diver evaluations. Once the contractor is selected, we work closely with the contractor to ensure that a safe and productive operation is maintained throughout the project.
An important factor is that the diver's bottom time is always at a premium and planning inputs which conserve bottom time and increases the effectiveness of the diver should be given a high priority.
Diving operations must not be conducted under extreme environmental conditions or whenever the safety of the divers or support facility will be jeopardized. The availability of emergency assistance from the diving unit and outside sources must be ensured.
